This policy applies to personal data processed through www.lamethode.eu, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we process

Data you provide through the contact form or by email: name, company, email address, area of interest and the content of your message, including any request for a project access word.

Minimal technical data needed for server operation and security (for example, IP address and access logs), processed by the hosting provider.

3. Purposes

To answer your enquiries and information requests.

To manage requests for access to restricted project information and, where appropriate, provide you with the access word.

Where applicable, to maintain the pre-contractual or business relationship arising from your request.

To ensure the security and proper operation of the website.

No automated decisions or profiling take place.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The controller's legitimate interest in website security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a business relationship begins, for as long as it lasts. Afterwards the data is kept blocked for the legally required periods to address possible liabilities, and then deleted.

6. Recipients

No data is disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

The web and email hosting provider (STRATO, with servers in the European Union) has access to the data as a processor, with the safeguards of Article 28 GDPR.

No international data transfers take place. If you play an embedded YouTube video, Google may process data under its own privacy policy.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@lamethode.eu or by post to the address above, proving your identity.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Accuracy and minors

You must provide accurate, up-to-date data. This website is not intended for children under 14; if you are under that age, please do not send us personal data.

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and encryption of restricted project information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or website changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
