La Méthode is the trade name under which the owner presents its business areas: FermBiome (R&D&i), Le Biome (project engineering) and Retail.

2. Purpose and acceptance

The website provides information about La Méthode's activities, projects and services. Accessing and using the website makes you a user and implies acceptance of this legal notice. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the website.

3. Terms of use

Users undertake to use the website and its content appropriately and lawfully, in accordance with the law, good faith and public order, and not to use them for unlawful purposes, to infringe third-party rights, or in any way that may damage, disable or overload the website or prevent its normal operation.

4. Restricted-access area

Certain projects on the website contain confidential technical, financial and strategic information, accessible only with an access word provided by the owner to authorised clients and interested parties.

The access word is personal and non-transferable. Authorised users undertake not to disclose the access word or to reproduce, distribute or communicate restricted information to third parties, in whole or in part, without the owner's prior written authorisation.

The names and logos La Méthode, FermBiome, Le Biome, PVHG, Prebiopa, Akkermansia Target, Maison du Grain, Elias Boulanger and Noble Bun, as well as the logos of partner companies, belong to their respective owners. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.

6. Scientific and product information

References to research programmes, bioactive compounds or the microbiota describe lines of research and scientific literature. They are not nutrition or health claims for any product within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 unless expressly stated otherwise. Images of plants, equipment and products may be conceptual or illustrative.

7. Liability

The owner strives to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors and accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of it. Nor is the owner liable for service interruptions, viruses or technical failures beyond its control, or for misuse of the website by users.

8. Third-party links and content

The website includes links and videos hosted on third-party services (for example, YouTube). The owner does not control these services and is not responsible for their content or privacy policies.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, unless applicable law provides otherwise, in particular for consumers and users.
